Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FlowGen (the "Service"), an AI-powered screen and interface builder. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

FlowGen generates user-interface screens, layouts, and exportable front-end code from prompts and other inputs you provide, using third-party artificial-intelligence models. AI-generated output is produced automatically and may contain errors, omissions, or content similar to output generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any generated code or designs before relying on them in production.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring subscription basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Free and paid plans include usage limits (such as monthly generation quotas) described on our pricing page. We may adjust plan features, limits, or pricing; material price changes will apply from your next billing period after notice.
  • If a renewal payment fails, we may downgrade or suspend paid features until payment is completed.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@flowgen.app or through any self-serve billing management the Service provides. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused quota, or downgrades.
  • If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or harmful, or that violates the rights of others.
  • Circumvent, disable, or abuse usage quotas, rate limits, or access controls, or share account access to avoid purchasing subscriptions.
  • Probe, scan, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service, or access it by automated means except through interfaces we provide.
  • Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service itself without our written permission (exported code you generate is yours to use — see Section 7).
  • Upload logos, images, or other inputs you do not have the right to use.

7. Your Content and AI-Generated Output

  • Your inputs. You retain all rights to the prompts, brand assets, and other materials you submit. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to operate and improve the Service.
  • Generated output. As between you and us, you own the screens and code the Service generates for you, and you may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial projects, subject to your plan's features.
  • No exclusivity. AI models may produce similar or identical output for different users. We do not warrant that generated output is unique, non-infringing, or protectable by copyright, and you are responsible for your use of it.
  • Gallery publishing. If you choose to publish a screen to the public gallery, you grant us and other users a license to view and remix it within the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service itself — including its software, component library, design system, and branding — is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the right to use it as described here.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL GENERATED OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED OUTPUT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY GENERATED OUTPUT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections 7 through 12 survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
